5. Transformation in system architecture: Legacy Platform vs Kkeydos Custom Engine 

Old Page load speed was more than 4.2 seconds, which was frustrating patients and doctors, had poorly compressed medical images, poorly handled PDF embeds, and poorly loaded scripts. In a new custom web engine developed by Kkeydos page load speeds reduced significantly to instant load 0.7 ms across global networks. The old portal had a clumsy layout, had difficult to open pages (which was breaking when seen through mobile and was difficult on a desktop using a stiff grid), and broken layouts.

The new design has fully fluid, mobile-first design and uses client-side resource rendering with real time client side filtering, touch devices, friendly lightboxes, interactive research cards.
